How to cancel my order?
Orders once placed can only be canceled if they are not dispatched. The refund amount will take around 5 business days in case of cancellation. Please contact downtownpetsau for any cancellation.
Where can I track my delivery?
You will be provided with a tracking number through email as soon as the product is dispatched.
