Description
The central column is built on a reinforced paper-tube core and dense MDF structure, tightly wound from top to bottom with natural sisal rope — the coarse, resistant texture cats choose by instinct for claw maintenance and territorial marking. The canopy of soft fabric palm leaves adds visual character and gentle tactile play, while two dangling striped rope balls hang ready for batting, and a spring-mounted pom-pom on the base wobbles enticingly for solo hunting practice.
Three play modes in one compact footprint — vertical scratch, dangling-ball swat, and spring teaser pounce — make this classic palm design an enduring favourite. It suits everything from kittens burning energy to adult cats maintaining claw health, and its cheerful tropical styling turns a behavioural essential into a décor-friendly feature.

70cm is the threshold height for a genuine full-body stretch — shorter posts force cats into half-stretches that fail to satisfy and send them back to the sofa. A post tall enough for complete extension is the single specification that determines whether a scratcher actually protects furniture, and this model clears it comfortably.
The three-in-one play configuration extends time-on-product: scratch the column, swat the hanging balls, pounce the spring pom-pom. Products that hold a cat’s attention across multiple behaviours earn stronger reviews and replace the need for several separate toys — a clear value story for buyers.
The palm-tree character remains an evergreen tropical bestseller: friendly, photogenic, and gender-neutral in appeal, while the plush oval base and natural sisal communicate quality instantly. Stable construction and efficient 10-piece cartons make this a dependable, reorderable staple for any cat-product catalogue.
